We have a very simple pricing matrix which is as follows (Per Person) - 

£35 per hour plus materials including a 10% addition to shelf prices

• General maintenance 
• Painting and decorating
• Flat pack furniture building
• Moving rooms around (Furniture )
• Hanging Pictures etc
• Driveway repairs
• Normal garden maintenance

£50 per hour plus materials including a 10% addition to shelf prices

• All aspects of plumbing
• Electrical repairs and installation (Minor jobs only, like for like replacements for example)

£70 per hour plus materials including a 10% addition to shelf prices

• Welding
• Any other specialist works

£100 per hour plus materials including a 10% addition to shelf prices

• Doing the job and teaching you how to do it next time

Part hours are paid in 15min blocks
